Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 4jeta ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 4jeta website at https://4jeta.org and all associated services, games, and features offered therein. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms apply to all Players regardless of their location within Bangladesh — whether you are accessing 4jeta from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, or any other city or district. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 4jeta platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
Important: 4jeta is strictly a platform for adults aged 21 and above. Minors are prohibited from registering or using any service on this platform. If we have reason to believe a player is under the age of 21, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold any funds pending investigation, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.

1. Eligibility
To register and use the 4jeta platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the platform. 4jeta reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to request supporting documentation.
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 4jeta or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
4jeta may request documentary proof of eligibility — including national identity card, passport, driving licence, or other government-issued identification — at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in suspension of the relevant account and withholding of any associated funds pending completion of the verification process.
2. Account Registration and Security
Each player is entitled to hold one account only. Maintaining more than one account — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balance being forfeited.
§ 2.1
Accurate Registration Information
You must provide your real full name, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, and a secure password when registering your 4jeta account. All information provided must be accurate and up to date. You are obligated to notify 4jeta promptly if any of your registration details change. Providing false, misleading, or fictitious information constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account suspension without refund of any deposited funds.
§ 2.2
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. 4jeta will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact 4jeta support immediately.
§ 2.3
Identity Verification (KYC)
4jeta operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents including but not limited to a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, and proof of address, before certain withdrawal thresholds are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in your account being restricted or closed.
§ 2.4
Account Closure
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 4jeta support. Upon closure, any pending wagers will be settled according to their normal terms, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing window. 4jeta also reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or failure to comply with KYC requirements.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 4jeta platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 4jeta supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption to protect player financial data.
§ 3.1
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount at 4jeta is published on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 4jeta does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits are credited to your 4jeta wallet immediately upon confirmation of the transaction by the relevant payment provider.
§ 3.2
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for most Bangladesh mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) under standard conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, during KYC verification, or where a withdrawal triggers an additional security review. 4jeta does not charge fees on BDT withdrawals processed via mobile banking.
§ 3.3
Withdrawal to Own Account Only
Withdrawals may only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the 4jeta account from which the withdrawal is requested. 4jeta will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy exists to prevent fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations applicable to the platform.
§ 3.4
Refused or Cancelled Transactions
4jeta reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where the transaction is associated with an account under investigation. In such cases, 4jeta will notify the relevant player and provide an opportunity to respond before any funds are permanently withheld, except where applicable law or regulatory obligation requires otherwise.
Currency note: All amounts on the 4jeta platform are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. There are no hidden currency conversion fees for players depositing and withdrawing in BDT via local payment methods. International card transactions (Visa, Mastercard) may be subject to fees levied by the card issuer or acquiring bank; 4jeta is not responsible for any such third-party fees.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4jeta offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including a welcome bonus on first deposit, reload bonuses, free spin offers , and seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh calendar (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, IPL season, Victory Day). All bonuses are governed by the specific terms published alongside each offer, and by the general bonus rules set out in this section.
§ 4.1
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by 4jeta are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms. The wagering requirement represents the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds (or bonus plus deposit funds, as specified) before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement means ৳20,000 must be wagered in eligible games before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window stated for each bonus.
§ 4.2
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. A player may only claim a welcome bonus once per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times by creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in all bonus funds being voided and the associated accounts being closed. 4jeta reserves the right to refuse a bonus offer to any player at its sole discretion.
§ 4.3
Game Contribution to Wagering
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each stake toward the wagering requirement. Table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10% or 20%) or may not contribute at all, depending on the specific bonus terms. The contribution rates for each game category are published in the bonus terms accompanying each offer.

Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using software tools to distort the outcome of bonus play, placing offsetting bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in the platform — will result in immediate cancellation of all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspension of the account, and forfeiture of any deposited balance if the abuse is accompanied by a breach of these Terms.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 4jeta platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.
Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with 4jeta games, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
Colluding with other players or with any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event offered on the platform.
Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or theft.
Registering under a false name or providing forged identity documents during the KYC process.
Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other players without authorisation.
Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or system vulnerability on the platform to gain an unfair financial advantage.
Enforcement: 4jeta employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 4jeta will take all steps it considers appropriate, including the recovery of any funds obtained through prohibited conduct, the suspension or permanent closure of the account, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
6. Responsible Gaming
4jeta is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. § 6.1
Deposit Limits
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their 4jeta account at any time via the account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours. Requests to reduce a deposit limit take effect immediately. These limits are provided as a responsible gaming tool and 4jeta encourages all players to set limits that are appropriate to their financial circumstances.
§ 6.2
Self-Exclusion
Any player may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent self-exclusion by contacting 4jeta support. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will be unable to log in, deposit, or place wagers. 4jeta will take all reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications being sent to a self-excluded player during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion is a serious tool intended for players who feel they need a break from gambling.
§ 6.3
Underage Gambling Prevention
4jeta strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Players are required to confirm their age during registration. 4jeta reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time. Where a player is found to be underage, all winnings will be forfeited, all deposited funds will be returned (net of any withdrawals already made), and the account will be permanently closed. 4jeta urges parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the 4jeta platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 4jeta or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the 4jeta platform without the prior written consent of 4jeta. Unauthorised use of 4jeta intellectual property may result in legal action. The 4jeta brand name, logo, and associated trademarks may not be used in connection with any product, service, or website that is not operated by 4jeta without express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4jeta shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, regardless of whether such damages are based in contract, tort, negligence, statute, or any other legal theory.
4jeta does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches. 4jeta makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 4jeta's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, to the extent that liability is not otherwise excluded, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Technical errors: In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcome, or account balance, 4jeta reserves the right to void the relevant transaction and restore the correct balance. 4jeta is not liable for any winnings displayed as a result of a technical malfunction. If a game or bet is affected by a malfunction, all bets placed during the malfunction period may be voided at 4jeta's sole discretion.
9. Amendments to These Terms
4jeta reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 4jeta will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or additions that do not materially affect player rights) may take effect immediately upon publication.
The most current version of these Terms is always available at https://4jeta.org/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the 4jeta platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international online gaming law and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 4jeta operates. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact 4jeta support in the first instance at [email protected]. 4jeta will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, 4jeta reserves the right to refer the matter to an independent third-party adjudicator whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
